In groups, they will come together on weekends to share about their experience which will allow them to build relationships and create support groups. In addition to regular in-person meetings where healthy food is freely available, the groups will participate in a series of fieldtrips to natural areas. Being in nature 'rewires' our brains and teamwork will allow us to strengthen community bonds."]
