Terms of Service for New Jersey PB Seeds Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms - By accessing and using New Jersey PB Seeds Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Account Registration - You must register for an account to use New Jersey PB Seeds Platform. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Conduct - You agree to use New Jersey PB Seeds Platform only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using the platform to:

   1. Engage in any fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to impersonating others or misrepresenting your own eligibility to vote.

   2. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.

   3. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its related systems or networks.

4. Data Protection - We are committed to protecting your privacy and your data. We will comply with all applicable laws concerning data protection and privacy.

5. Changes to Terms - We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
