Health Express Aides Lil' Lemon [HEAL]

Reduce barriers to accessing affordable and culturally relevant mental health services in Little Lemon. Individuals and families who live, work, and study, and those who have been displaced. Particularly those who live below the poverty line and lack transportation. Provide free mobile primary healthcare services, preventive care, behavioral health, mental health, HIV/STI prevention, and case management services. Outreach during the week, weekends, evenings, and designated holidays.
